Attorney Thomas D. Seymour is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps who has been admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for fifteen (15) years.  He has experience in Federal and State Administrative Law (Includes, but is not limited to: Hazmat Transportation Laws; ATF&E Violations; Environmental law (CERCLA, RCRA, NPDES Permitting under the Clean Water Act, etc.); OSHA Violations; Social Security Disability; and Veteran’s Benefits Claims), Criminal Law, General Civil Litigation, Family law.  In addition to his experience, he has been trained in Civil Litigation at the National Advocacy Center by the U.S. Department of Justice, in Criminal Trial Techniques by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington, D.C., and in two forms of Mediation (Collaborative and Transformative) by the Federal Government.
